In the event you request a refund, Vectorartstudio.com offers a 14 day refund policy on our graphic services to you. This time period begins the day your original order (not including any subsequent revisions) is completed and uploaded to our website. If the 14 day refund period has ended, your only recourse is to have us redraw/repair the vector art file. Vectorartstudio.com will NOT be responsible for any deadlines/due dates missed on your part or be held liable for any monetary lossess/damages resulting from the aforementioned. Vectorartstudio.com's ONLY liablity to you is the amount you have paid for your order.


When Do I Get the Money Back?

After you email us your desire to receive a refund, we will send you a confimation email acknowledging your request. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to appear in your credit card account. If after 14 days the amount still has not been credited, kindly contact us so that we may do the proper checks.


Can I Just Receive A Credit Instead?

Unfortunately No. To keep transactions flowing smoothly, and not have to run into the difficulities with credit tracking/managing, we have enacted a NO credit policy. What will happen is we will refund the order you requested and you will need to place a new one.
